I congratulate the team at Castro Industrial for its 30 years working in industrial works. Castro Industrial managed four industrial investments for Alpargatas, three of which were brownfield investments for the expansion and modernization of the factories in Campina Grande, Santa Rita and João Pessoa (factories in Paraíba) and one of them was a bold greenfield investment, that of the Montes Claros factory. (MG). In this, Castro Industrial managed the entire investment cycle, from the technical selection of land, development of industrial projects, Capex management, licensing in agencies, management of technical purchases, to the management of civil works and electromechanical industrial installations, delivering a high quality final work, within the contracted deadline and precisely within the Capex approved by the Council.
